How to Get Free Food on Super Bowl Sunday
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No, not Christmas—the Super Bowl!
And what does that mean for those of us who don’t watch sports? A free Maroon 5 concert. And free food! All over the country, restaurants and fast-food chains are offering the best deals on game day snacks—you’ll never have to make another casserole again.
Here’s the scoop on all the free food and drink you’ll want to score this weekend:
Buffalo Wild Wings
Game entering overtime? You’re in luck. Buffalo Wild Wings is offering all dine-in customers free wings if the game goes into OT.
Delivery is free if you order Burger King through DoorDash, a delivery service app. Use the code MYSTERYBOX and you’ll also get a free mystery gift (?) alongside your meal.
Ordering in? Chili’s is also offering free delivery at 70 locations across the U.S. on game day. You have to download the BiteSquad app, a delivery service, and use the code BIGGAME. Check to see if your local Chili’s is participating here.
Pick up a free sausage biscuit at Hardee’s if the game enters a pick-six (an interception that’s returned with a touchdown—you learn something new every day!) at any point.
Get a free two-liter Pepsi with any online purchase. Use the code FREE2L1 and drink free soda to your heart’s content.
Spend $20 now until Sunday on anything at Papa John’s and get a free two-topping pizza for the big game. You’ll have to sign up as a rewards member here first. You get a pizza! You get a pizza! Everybody gets a pizza!
If you spend at least $10 at Wendy’s through DoorDash, you’ll receive a free Baconator. Use the code FREEBACONATOR! Yes, free the Baconators!
Not food, but transportation is just as necessary after a beer tower or two. Uber is offering the losing team’s city huge discount rates for a limited time: Uber’s “Unhappy Hour.” This is for residents of that city only (Los Angeles or Boston) and you must sign up for Uber’s Rewards program in advance (it’s free).
